Job description:

* Handling inbound and outbound calls related to sale inquiries

* To coordinate with the Sales and marketing team

* To make follow up calls and follow up on the inquiries

* Experience in selling Products

* Should be well versed in English and Hindi speaking

* Explain customer about the products and to fix the appointments with prospective customers

* To ensure that they are met by the Sales team.

* Maintain Individual report

* Establish good relationship with prospective clients, closures of sales for revenue generation.

* Solving clients problems and retaining the customers.

* Weekly / Monthly MIS should be reported to the Telemarketing Supervisor
